Albina Kelmendi is a singer and composer from Kosovo. She gained prominence after finishing second in the fourth series of The Voice of Albania in 2014. With the song Duje, Kelmendi and her family will represent Albania in Eurovision 2023. Albina Kelmendi was born in Pejë, Kosovo (then part of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia). She began performing with her family under the name Family Band after studying clarinet and piano at the Halit Kasapolli music school in her hometown.
